Unified Communications award for NGC

NGC Networks has won another industry award from one of Europe's leading IP Telephony companies, Swyx Solutions.

NGC Networks has won the Award for the Best Unified Communications solution of any UK Swyx Reseller in 2008 following the implementation of systems for one of the world's best known sportswear brands, PUMA UK.

It is very satisfying to be recognised for the work we do, especially when it is an award from the manufacturers and developers of the Swyx product"

Ralf Ebbinghaus, VP of Swyx Solutions commented, "Swyx is delighted to award this to NGC Networks. NGC has demonstrated outstanding customer focus and technical excellence on the Puma project."

Benefits of the SwyxWare telephone system include a centralised reception facility call routing that reduces the chance of calls being lost and the ability for staff such as sales personnel to "hot-desk". Voicemail can also be accessed from anywhere via e-mail.
